24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil by Urban Decay – HA! what a joke.
24/7 Eye Pencil by Urban Decayis a complete and utter joke… They say it wont budge. Do they test these things at all???…. When I tried it in the store the girl was telling me to hurry and smudge as it was going to set and not come off till I washed it off or used make up remover….. Hurray I thought – Just what I needed. It was so creamy the way it glided onto my lid.. no dragging… no dryness…. If it was good I would sing its praises to all my girlfriends who have the same issue as me… keeping eyeliner in a line – not completing the day looking like a racoon’s kin.
Let me tell you it came off !! I think when they said 24/7 they meant 24 minutes /7 seconds before it comes off.
Save your MONEY… Avoid this waste of time and money.
Ok, I felt bad that I gave such a scathing review on the 24/7 eyeliner.. so I marched to the mirror and put it on, just to be sure that it was bad…..the stuff migrates… more of it was under my eyes than on my lids.. I stand by my review.. SKIP IT
